Brexit and Covid-19 Impact on service

Detail:As a family run online business, working from a home office (as normal) with lock-up warehousing, we are still able to operate fairly normally at this time. HOWEVER... FOR THE UK: With massive disruption to delivery services as a result of COVID-19 we cannot guarantee time of deliveries except "Next day" service ordered before 10am tomorrow (Tuesday 22nd December 2020) which Royal Mail will attempt to honour delivery before Christmas. ALL OTHER COUNTRIES: Due to a combination of COVID delays, BREXIT and enforced change to electronic customs data from January 2021 we are not confident we can offer an acceptable delivery service outside the UK so have regrettably taken the decision to stop any overseas ordering with immediate effect. We hope this is not permanent, but at these uncertain times we feel it is a necessary precaution. |
