COVID 19 AND SUPPLY CHAIN STATUS AT SWISH
Effects of COVID, BREXIT and SUPPLY ISSUES
|
Last Updated: 10 January 2022
|
Detail:
As a family run online business, working from a home office (as normal) with lock-up warehousing, we are able to operate normally through the effects of COVID.
|
Some changes do however apply:
|
|
AVAILABILITY
- Direct from supplier items, including posts, backboards and teamwear may not be available or may be delayed depending on the status of our suppliers at this time. We will contact you by phone or email with updates on your order if normal delivery is not possible.
- Our warehouse is full of clothing and shoes, so please keep shopping from the products listed! New styles and restocks however are reducing. This is partly due to COVID but also due to a change in policy by Nike who are moving the direct to customer marketing on a global basis and small independent retailers are being cut from the supply chain becoming effective during 2022.
- Teamwear supplies are somewhat patchy in some styles and colours due to troughs and peaks in demand and worldwide production and shipping capacity impact of COVID. Please contact us to check availability on all teamwear.

SERVICE REDUCTIONS
- Delivery services have changed procedures for no-contact delivery due to COVID and at certain times service times may also be impacted. We will continue to dispatch within 1 working day but cannot guarantee delivery times as these are beyond our control.
- Due to high cost and low reliability of additional customs regulations following Brexit we are no longer able to ship to addresses outside the UK.
|
We will continue to service orders and support our customers within the changing Government guidelines during these challenging times. We will update this page as things develop.
We hope you all stay safe and well.
